Day One

Today is the first day of dipping my toes into the world of Blog.  I’m a writer (novelist primarily) trying to get my second book published.  Last week I went to the BEA conference in Los Angeles where I met some really fantastic agents at the Writers’ Digest Pitch Slam.  For those newbie writers out there who are also trying to figure out, “How the Hell do I get my book published?” this is definitely the way to go. 

After receiving tons (and I mean tons) of rejection letters to my queries, in one afternoon I turned my entire writing career around.  Today I will send out letters and chapters to the agents I met with.
